REFUND POLICY

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

RETURNING AND EXCHANGING AN ITEM

To start a return or exchange, contact us at halathelabell@gmail.com.

The customer bears the cost of returning or exchanging an item. If your return is accepted, we will send you all the required information on how and where to send your package.

 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund or exchange was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.​​

EXCEPTIONS/ NON - RETURNABLE ITEMS

Some items, like those with faults, damages, or items that have been worn for an extended period of time, cannot be returned. However, in some cases, they can be exchanged. If you have any concerns or questions about your item, please feel free to reach out.
